AbleLife Specialist Services was founded on a simple belief — that people living with disability deserve support that is respectful, reliable, and genuinely person-centred.
Our story
AbleLife Specialist Services was established by a team of passionate disability support professionals who saw firsthand how much of a difference the right support worker can make in a person's life. We started small, building trust one participant at a time, and have grown into a team of dedicated workers serving communities across New South Wales.
From the beginning, our focus has been on quality over quantity — taking the time to understand each participant's unique goals, preferences, and circumstances, and matching them with a support worker who genuinely fits. We believe the relationship between a participant and their support worker is one of the most important factors in achieving great outcomes.
Today, AbleLife is a registered NDIS provider operating across New South Wales. We're proud of the community we've built — participants who feel heard, families who feel reassured, and support workers who feel valued and supported in their roles.

Our registration and credentials
AbleLife Specialist Services is a registered NDIS provider, registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. All of our support workers hold current NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks (where applicable), and relevant first aid and manual handling certifications. We are committed to continuous improvement and compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
